Our Coffee Laboratory
It acts as a research and development (R&D) centre that focuses on coffee-related innovation, development and sustainability. Our coffee lab is designed to support coffee professionals and enthusiasts in various capacities. This adaptable environment can be utilised for a range of activities, including hosting coffee tastings, sensory sessions, cupping sessions, green coffee issues and more.The coffee lab is a workspace solution, allowing for quality control assessments of green and roasted coffee. It is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment such as micro roasting machine of 1kg, sampling roasting machine, green coffee moisture analysis instrument, roasting colour analysis instrument, coffee cupping set up, manual brew set up, espresso set up, etc. Last but not least, our coffee lab is working closely with our coffee academy completing each other’s towards the quality, standards and sustainability.
