3. Order Processing Time
-All orders are roasted fresh and dispatched within 1–3 business days in case out of stock.
-Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4.Packaging
-Our coffee is sealed in airtight bags with one-way valves to maintain freshness.
-All shipments are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
5.Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
-Please ensure the shipping address is accurate.
-If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

-Due to the nature of coffee as a fresh food product, we do not accept returns on opened coffee bags.
